1965 Studebaker Daytona 2 Door Sports Sedan

Video Link:

This Studebaker Daytona Sport Sedan appeared for sale at the end of July 2015. The car is in very good condition, and appears to be original, other than having a re spray in the original paint colour. This, like other 65 Sports Sedans on Classic Register, is one of 1626 built in 1965, making the car a very rare collectors item. Notably, the 1965 model came with the Chev 283 Thunderbolt V8 engine, as opposed to the small block Studebaker V8 which appeared in 64 model Daytona cars. This car seems to have all of the original and correct VIN numbers etc, and importantly, comes with documentation history, which is very hard to come by!

An identification guide has been drafted on Classic Register for these cars, and can be found at the following link, which can come in hands for anyone looking to purchase one. Here is the link: http://classicregister.com/id-guides/how-identify-1965-studebaker-daytona-2-door-sports-sedan

This car was last known to be located in Rockford, Illinois, United States at the time of sale.
