This Daihatsu F20 is in amazing condition, the best we've ever seen! It was advertised on Gumtree in 2019, and the seller at the time noted that it was fully restored. It's great to see that someone's put the time into these rare 4x4s - seeing that so many have been destroyed by rust. If you have an F20 or SCAT of any type, please sign up and add yours to the register.
This car belongs to a friend of ours, located in Western Sydney, and we had the opportunity to take a few snaps whilst looking at a few of his other cars. This example is a very rare factory manual 302 V8 XE ESP - one of the most desirable cars in the ESP series. The Gunmetal trim needs a bit of attention on the driver's seat, but overall it's fairly good. The body has bits of rust in the usual spots, and a few bits have been cut out. Certainly worth repairing for this sort of car. Unfortunately, neither cars are for sale sorry! WIll update the images as the restoration progresses.
This one was advertised in early 2019. We like to see them kept original, but at least this one's a survivor. The owner has put some $30K into it apparently, and its engine makes 350hp!
Check out the many other STudebaker Daytonas on the register below - and if you have one, add yours so we can record the remaining cars :)
Spotted this one in early 2019. In excellent original condition, with only 145,000 on the clock at the time. No mods other than head unit and Nardi steering wheel. Still has factory exhaust and intake! First one I have ever seen.
The Vr4 Evo 0 has the following features:
Looks original on the outside, but this Galant VR-4 has had a lot of mechanical work.. The car was imported to NZ about 10,000km ago.
The photos are just a selection of the completely documented build of the vehicle and they speak volumes about the quality of the parts selection and the level of the work performed.
Dyne Tuned to 230kw (310hp) and 405nm (300ft/lb). Add a larger intercooler and a set of 272 cams and this build will deliver well into the 300kw range.

Datsun Stanza SSS. Silver on black - very rare car with most of these treated terribly and sent to the wreckers. One of the last Datsun SSS vehicles before the name change to Nissan. Got a few others on the register here. This one was located in VIC in 2019. Very original, just needs a clean up.

It starts and drives fine, and the interior is in good condition and original LS. Body number and engine number match all records. See the photos for more information. Low ball prices and ridiculous offers will not be responded to. If you are looking for a genuine, 95% original 1275LS, then give me a call.. Test drives are available, although vehicle is not currently registered.
Great in Gold - this HK GTS was advertised in March 2019. The owner noted it is the 3030th manufactured GTS of its type to be built at the Pagewood Assembly Plant in NSW. It was resprayed around 2015 in the original Inca Gold metallic, retaining the original Buckskin Beige 18X vinyl interior. The majority of the interior is still original trim. Fitted with a 350 Chev V8 and four speed manual transmission with the 10 bolt diff.

Only the 3rd on our little register, this 1988 Nissan gts-x was advertised on trademe NZ in March 2019 asking $10,500. Looks a little rough but quite original - would suit someone looking for an easy project, to bring it back to all factory spec and get the factory Nissan dish wheels back on it :).
A few specs noted by the seller at the time:
Advertised on Trademe NZ - this one was sitting there for a few months by the time we added it to classic register.. Asking $20,000 it seems to be in reaosable condition for the price.. The seller at the time noted the car is a barn find in original condition, with its 225ci slant six motor that runs well. According to the seller at the time it has all its original paint with factory stripes does have dings and dents around it. The factory radio still works on AM in the dash. The Front seats have covers on them for a reason they do need work.
