This MK2 Cooper S sold for an exceptional price of $80,500 at Shannon's auctions in Sydney in September 2021. The car is a genuine MK2 Australian cooper S, and I know the car personally - and I know that know expense has been spared with its maintenance. A very solid restored example (restored 10 years ago) - hope the new owner enjoys it! What a price, the S's havebeen going up and up - and so they should, there aren't many genuine cars left.
