Truly a rare find, a RHD Porsche 911 Carerra Targa top. With only 1125 of the Targa top variants produced with most of those being LHD this is a true survivor. The 1970s is where Porsche really started to shine as it was introducing technologies what were considered groundbreaking; notably the introduction of the turbo charger. In other ways Porsche, at the time, was also seen as pushing the boundaries, this included the obvious rear positioned engine and the sub six second 0-100 times its cars were starting to achieve.
This particular example has recently had a complete mechanical overhaul. It also has a very straight body with no crashes recorded and no major mechanical defects throughout its life. The asking price for this piece of History at the creation of this register is 119,000AUD.
