This classic timber cruiser was advertised in March 2026, asking ($POA).. The seller notes it is a 'Halvorsen' designed boat (presumably only referring to the style), and was  the Lead ship of three constructed by Charles Vale Shipyard (who were ferry builders for the NSW Govt), in Balmain, Sydney. Laid down 1960, launched 1961. Original Volvo petrol engines removed circa 1972, replaced with Detroit Diesels. Midships deckbeams and upper bullwarks were replaced in 2011. The Cockpit deck was rebuild 2014. Original steel fuel tanks removed and replacement industrial plastic main fuel tanks fitted 2015.

A lovely old criuser over in WA - you could do some nice trips to Rottnest in this!
