1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III (convertible)

The series 3 Jaguar stemmed from a long line of performance based cruisers. The Series 3 made a big impact on the motoring world as this was the first time they introduced a V12 to the line up. This was a big upgrade from the 4.2L block of the series 2. The series 3 E type is the more collectable series because of this 12 cylinder engine but much credit needs to still go to the series 1 as it had the classic early 1960s english styling, These two series see higher prices as they are more collectable than the Series 2.

This particular example is for sale for $65,000 USD at the end of July 2017. This car is in great condition, this is a given with these types of cars as they get to a certain age they start to go up in value and a lot of these cars get restored to their former glory as a direct result of upward price points.
