This 1982 model XE ESP was seen for sale on Gumtree in October 2016, asking $7,500.00 Negotiable. This is a rare carby 6 cylinder model, offered in the popular two tone arrangement as was offered only in 1982. At the time of sale, the seller provided the following description:

"Ford Xe Fairmont Gia Esp factory 6 cylinder carby had v8 running gear been registered in nsw with v8 selling as a rolling she'll Esp interia Esp wheels with extra parts very good on rust only door pullers no rust in doors no rust in quarter no rust in rear windows light hail in roof and boot excellent project going cheap NOTRADES or swaps. Photo of letters from ford"

UPDATE June 2017: This car was subsequently restored in early 2017, and was fitted with a V8 motor and advertised on Ebay with a buy it now price of $35,000 (AUD). The car was located at Merrylands NSW at the time.
