2003 Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo R

JDM import. 2003 Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo R. Homologation special which is essentially an 1st gen Outlander body with an EVO 7 GTA driveline inc the AWD system, Front suspension, K frame, auto gearbox with paddle shift and the 4G63T turbocharged 2.0l 4 cylinder with a top mount intercooler. The turbo used was slightly smaller for improved response and earlier boost. Minor cosmetic changes were used to distinguish it from the standard outlander inc bumpers, side skirts, unique headlights and grill, and scooped bonnet. All the standard performance upgrades for Evo's can be used with the weak point being the gearbox, though manual swaps are a good idea to get the best from the car. This example has evo 8 MR cams, exhaust manifold, TD05HR-16G turbo, 3 inch downpipe and high flow cat, 2.5 inch custom cat back, upgraded fuel system, front mount intercooler conversion among many other changes.
