Haven't added a 560 SEC to the register in a little while. This example, in my favourite burgundy colour, looks pretty good and has very low Ks (under 150,000).. It appears to be an Aussie delivered car. I'm not much of a fan of the woodgrain centre boss on the wheel (prefer the original). The only other thing I'd prefer on the car would be a beige trim which I think works nicely with the burgundy...

This 560SEC was advertised on grays auctions in June 2021 - with bids fairly quickly getting over $30,000. An interesting colour for the SEC - this 560 was on ebay Australia in June 2021, asking $55,000. It's not the most expensive one currently advertised - a couple are asking well over 60k. Average ks (212,000 - in fact, fairly low for its age). Came with a full service history and we presume it's an aussie delivered car..

Lloyds auctions has some great Mercs come up, and we spotted this 560SEC in June 2021, bids at $28,500 with less than a day to go. I see that as a fairly strong price for a car that has 1/4 million ks on it but these things will go forever if maintained.. This 560 is one of the most affordable we've seen in a while, but has some aestheric issues, and fairly high Ks at over 350,000. Certainly a well worn example. Tere appears to be some serious rust behind the rear windscreen that needs attending to urgently - which would probably cost a few thousand to fix..It otherwise looks complete and fairly original. There are a few high mileage cars out there...

This 88 year 560 SEC was advertised on Carsales for quite a while, but only added to CR in late May 2021, where it was asking $25,000. The car has relatively normal Ks for its age, but they are not particularly low. Paint looks OK, but the interior is average. Realistically, the car needs $10,000 put into it to get it up to a good standard. Not sure oif $25K is achievable in thuis condution, but...

This one spotted in April 2021 on carsales.com.au, asking $40,000. It has more reaosnable / realistic ks on the clock than others, at over280,000., Looks otherwise to be in reasonable condition, and the colour combination is certainly rare (there are plenty or red, black and white - but not so many blue out there. Another very expensive example, spotted on carsales.com.au in Apil 2021. This one was asking $70,000 at the time, and has 225k km on the clock, but is finnished in one of the best colours for the coupe - Burgundy/maroon, with mushroom trim. The seller noted the car is an Australian delivered example.

One of the more expensive 560SECs on the register - this one was spotted in April 2021, asking $90,000 AUD. The car has just 140,000km on the clock, and looks immaculate. Some of these cars (particularly the low km Australian delivered examples), have exploded in value in recent times. Interestingly, the 380 and 500SEC models have not quite followed in any way, and you can get those under $20,000...

This white SEC is one of the cheapest 560s on the market at the moment, and has vercy low Ks for its age (just 190,000!). Presumably an Australian delivered car, it looks to be in good order, and even the driver's seat has held up well. I presume the interior is mushroom. This one was asking $33,000 in April 2021 on carsales Australia.
