This is an exceptionally rare 1964 Studebaker R-2 Daytona Hardtop, which we spotted listed on ebay USA in August 2019. Much of tjhis wording heer comes directly from the original advertoisement. This one was advertised in early 2019. We like to see them kept original, but at least this one's a survivor. The owner has put some $30K into it apparently, and its engine makes 350hp! Found details of this 64 Daytona on mfpclassiccars.com. This example is Ermine White with Red Vinyl trim. Looks to be in excellent conditions but the images look to have been taken in the early 2000s.. Hopefully its found a good home since. On the above site, it was noted that this car was purchased new in California before coming to AZ. It was bought new and stayed in the same family until 1992...

Spotted for sale on craigslist in February 2019 - this Daytona hardtop looks to be a rust free example ready for paint and re-assembly. Not often you see the body and floor so clean. A bit of work to do bit it looks like a lot of the difficult bits are done. Quite a few on the register now. Check out the others on the 1964 Studebaker Daytona register.

Spotted in an old blog post, we grabbed the details of this Daytona for the register - might have been advertised around 2010 on Ebay or similar. Looks rough, but an original hardtop Daytona is hard to pass up. Studebaker Daytona hartop spotted for sale in NY - this one has very low mileage and appears to be in excellent condition. Apparently pulled from 15 years storage in October 2017. 3 of the original Bias Ply tires remain. The 4th had been replaced and unable to be located. Spotted on Craigslist in November 2018, this looks to be a great clean example of the Daytona hardtop. Very little rust, and in excellent original condition, asking $12,000 USD. Purchased new in California before coming to AZ, It was bought new and stayed in the same family until 1992 when it was sold to a man in Tucson. In 1994 it subsequently sold to the third and current owner, who is 91 years...

Another found on the stidebaker drivers club forum - thought we'd keep adding these in case the images fall off at some point. At the time of addin the car (2016), the owner at the time made the following comments about this car: 64V-17153, I purchased near St. Cloud, MN back in 1990 and drove it home.
