This is my 1996 CL500 (Australian delivered C140 coupe - future classic), which I purchased in June 2019, with approximately 157,000km on the clock. An extremely rare car these days, you'd be lucky to see a couple a year on the roads - reason being that there were so few built globally (less than 30,000, and probably less than 1,000 for the Australian market?). Only 58,000 km on this silver example with a rare burgundy trim option (teh first we've seen). This example was asking $28,000 NZD in December 2018, a little higher than some others on the market at the time, but also has the lowest mileage. Spotted on trademe in December 20198 - apparently a water damaged vehicle that was de-registered. Still looks amazing, and at the time spotted it was asking only $4,500 as a starting bid.The interior of the vehicle was clean and dry when it arrived in the sellers yard apparently.
