This ESP XD was advertisedin May 2021, and was originally a 6-cylinder ESP, but now has a 351 V8. The car was reconditioned 5 years earlier, and the seller noted it has a new reco carby, new coil, leads and plugs, reco'd C4 trans , new master cylinder new brake booster. Unbelievable that a 6 cylinder factory car could be asking this sort of price - at the time asking $75,000. Check out the others...

Spotted on ebay.com.au in November 2020, this claims to be a genuine XD ESP, and the seller at the time noted that it comes with a verification letter, so presumably this is a genuine car. A 6-cylinder mode, it's obviously not the highly desirable 351 V8, but nonetheless a very rare car with an estrimate of 300-500 built. Ford Xd Esp, Rare option 54, 4 speed manual. Factory Shiel seats and all factory specs. Rare not many of these were built. 100 6 cylinder Xd Esp were made, with it being even more rare it being a 4 speed manual. The current owner recently provided us with the details of this very nice Hermitage ESP which we've now added to the register. This exceptionally rare factory T-code 5.8l ESP optioned Falcon is a very early car, being a February 1980 build. We were previously under the impression that production of ESPs commenced later than this, but the Ford verification letter confirms the cars were being built...
