A nice low KM example of a late and very rare CL500 - this one was advertised on Shannons Auctions in Sydney in July 2023, and it sold for $28,000 which is a reasonably strong result.. We do expect these cars to be pushing 40-50k in the next decade as they are the ultimate S class coupe. This is one of only a handful that was Australian delivered for the 96 year.

This car was advertised on FB marketplace in mid 2022 - and claims to be a 1996 model CL500. I suspect it's been re-badged. It is fitted with the older 4-speed transmssion and has all series 1 features/trim - so should be badged S500 (or 500sec if it's a really early one). This CL500 is an Australian delivered example with relatively normal Ks for its age (they weren't driven much by the surgeons and CEOs that bought them new)..
