Finished in the famous "Saffron", this C70 T5 Turbo is one of a relatively small batch of coupes (by modern standards), and particularly so in the top spec T5 form, having the 2.3l turbo inline 5, producing 180KW - similar in spec to the T5-R turbo / V7 R sedans and wagons.. This one was asking $10,000 in March 2022, not too bad for a nice coupe with plenty of power. Always though it would have been nice if they applied the T5 wheels to these cars (and the yellow paint).. Spotted this one on carsales.com.au - see the original listing here. Interestingly, the seller noted that this is a model designed in unison with Porsche - I presume they are referring generally to the T5s which had seat trim by Porsche and a few other features?? Not sure of any further involvement?
