This1968 Morris Cooper S is one of few Australian built cars now living over in the US - where there is plenty of demand for the original. At the time of sale (believed to be around 2015) the seller notes that it is all original other than the fact that the engine was rebuilt. Everything was rebuilt to original, and was purchased from Haritage Garage in Costa Mesa. All seals, bearings and gaskets were replaced. The reason the engine was rebuilt was for a worn out idle gear bearing which was making a whining noise. The rest of the car is original from exterior to the interior.
