1962 Studebaker Lark Daytona (convertible)

This is an interesting replica of the 1962 Indianapolis pace car - as provided by Studebaker for that race. The car has apparently been built to the correct specifications, and has had its graphics detailed so as to replicate the original pace car based on photographs from the actual race. A nice piece of history which could be left as is, or the graphics removed if preferred. A real museum piece, this example was offered for sale by Classic Auto Mall - who often has some very interesting Studebakers come through their showroom.. The car has been fully restored, as evidenced in the images. Any comments on the Lark as a pace car are welcome :)
