One of our favourite Studebaker models, and one of only 620 V8 Sport Sedans built in 1966, here on Ebay with a very low starting bid. Interestingly, the seller notes that this is a Hurricane Sandy survivor car, which had around 12 inches of water inside. Thankfully, the damage doesn't appear too bad, and the bearings have been re-packed and fluids changed. With such a rare car, this sort of thing wouldn't really deter us.
The seller notes that the car runs and drives very well, however, has been up-front about the rust situation which in several positions looks quite severe, despite the shiny paintwork from a distance. Importantly, the chassis and floors are believed to be very solid. The brakes are new, as is the exhaust system, and it doesn't sound like there would be much of an issue getting this car about the place to have the necessary repairs undertaken to the body rust. The interior in particular looks excellent, with only a few blemishes noted, and the seller confirming that the radio doesn't work.
