This is one of 1800 legendary Fairmont GT's sold in South Africa during the period 1970 to 1973. My Fairmont gave me excellent service since 1972. The car was utilised in Namaqualand which is a semi-desert area in South Africa and is therefore without any rust. Modifications made were a chromed air cleaner and chromed tappet covers. The car is as I received it in 1972. It is a phenomenal performer
