One of the many great Japanese classics of the 70s, this is one of only a couple we've got on the Galant hardtop register, and is currently advertised on trademe.co.nz asking $12,000. The Galant was the first model to establish the Mitsubishi brand in New Zealand, and this particular car came out of the Porirua plant which opened in 1974.
The car has undergone a substantial restoration, which according to the seller has included rust repair, an etch primer upward repaint (including under-body restoration), new carpet, and reupholstered seats and door cards. Mechanically, the car benefits from new nolathane bushings, and has a 2000cc GTO engine fitted.
