1993 Mercedes C140 500 SEC Coupe

I saw this one for sale a few years back, at around 16K, and understandably values have gone up since then for these classic coupes. This particular car is not only rare due to it being a 140 series coupe, but it's also a rare early series car, badged as a 500 SEC (carrying the badging over from the previous series C126). There would only be a handful of these in the country. The seller noted a fair few issues with the car that need addressing at the time of sale, and it was asking $23,999 in December 2021. • Full set of keys including keys presentation holder
• Upper wiring harness has been replaced with a genuine Mercedes loom
• Throttle body replaced with new one
• CD player has been removed and Blue Tooth installed where the CD player was using a Mercedes MX that connects to the BT unit which can be seen in the pictures
• Original CD player included
• Bose Amplifier has been rebuilt and all channels - speakers working
• All soft close features working
• Just over 163000 k's
• Full service history up to 150000 k's then last service by myself at 160000 k's
• Headliner needs redoing
• Slight power steering leak
• Cold air but the bearing in the compressor is on the way out so I do not use the aircon now
• The passenger side needs the vacuum actuator replaced as it is not popping up door lock thing and the window drop down feature needs attention on this side and I am sure its because of this vacuum actuator
• Currently registered in Victoria
• Selling with No REG or RWC has done less than 4000 klm's since passed RWC check January 2021
