Spotted this interesting little Charade and thought it was worth adding to the register. I had no idea that Detomaso had a relationship with FDaihatsu, but on further reading it went further than one would think. One of the outcomes was this little beast, the Charade Detamaso.

The 4th Generation Charade Detamaso was the Japanese equivalent of tyhe Charade GTI - and had a racing derived camshaft, 91kw of power, and and the De Tomaso versions added their own bodykit, Recaro seats, Nardi steering wheel and Pirelli sports tires.

This one was spotted on Gumtree Aus in April 2020 - asking just 4K, but over 300,000 Ks on the clock..
