The GTS (HSV variant of the Monaro) was the most powerful model at the time, with its Chevy C4B engine producing over 300KW this was a direct stab at ford and its FPV / Tickford performance cars. The Monaro body shape when introduced in 2001 with the CV6 models proved to be unpopular but the CV8 variant was immensely popular among car enthusiasts. The HSV range was introduced early on as well and was considered the poster child of the Monaro range.
This is a premium example of the GTS Monaro. It only has 8000kms on it and as it has been garaged its whole life its paint and interior is essentially spotless. 100% of this vehicle is original with all panels, interior and mechanical components being factory fitted. This car was for sale in Australia for $57,000AUD in early May 2017.
