This big block 440ci Super Bee was advertised through Ebay USA by North Shore Classics (see the original ad here). The ad does not clearly specify this, but we presume the car is a factory 440 unit - noting the price tag of $149,900 USD... That's some serious money for this car, so it would need to be the real deal.

The seller noted in the original advertisement that the car was a concourse judged example of the Super Bee, achieving a 971/1000 points Gold award. It's a 1/2 year production option vehicle, with a period correct 4 speed transmission, 3 x 2 6-pack induction and has its original fender tag. The seller noted it is a genuine A12 car.
