1979 Volvo 240 Series 242 GT

This 242 GT was advertised in several places including on FB Marketplace in May 2021, asking $16,500 - a fairly reaosnable price considering several lately have been over 20k.. The seller at the time noted this car is registered and reliable , has had a cylinder head overheal, with new valves, new water pump, brake booster, etc. It was offered with a complete spare engine and gearbox.  The car is set up on IPD sports lowered springs with Bilstein heavy duty suspension and a heavy duty front sway bar 22mm ( bigger than the IPD one) plus upper strut mount brace and rear adjustable panhard bar from DVS motorsport and is fitted with a Dana 30 LS diff to get the most out of the little 4 cylinder motor putting all the traction into action. The current engine has high comp pistons and a freshly reconditioned head.
