It has just under 60,000 km on the clock - we've seen a few examples with unbelievably low ks for the age come up over the last couple of years. Spotted this one on Facebook Marketplace in 2021, advertising parts only.. Lots of these are now off the road and being parted out! Already a car that's very thin on the ground, and in a category that doesn't get too much attention from enthusiast collectors. Trying to get as many of these cars on the register here before all the SSangyong Chairmans dissapear! If you have one, add yours :)

Spotted on Gumtree Australia, this 2005 ssangyong chairman was asking $8,500 in August 2021. The seller stated that only 108 came to Australia (and that this is a limited edition No 395 of which only 4 came to Australia in 2005). Another rare Chairman spotted, this one founf on facebook Marketplace and gumtree.com.au in May 2021. The white over grey finish is certainly a rare colour - most tend to be silver or black cars. Again, it's common to find these with low Ks aven 15 years on. This one only has 90,000 on the clock, and looks in amazing condition. Presumably, they were bought by older businessmen, and fairly well...

This one has been on and off the kmarket for the last two years in Australia - asking less than $5,000 in early 2020 if we recall correctly, and then purchased, and immediately advertised for $12,000, then for $6K, and now it's back up at $10K in April 2021. Chairman spotted for sale on https://www.beforward.jp/ - from its home town. Looks to be in excellent condition, but mileage unknown. Based on the W124 Mercedes sedan, the Ssanygong Chairman enabled the W124 to effectively extend its life over more than 20 years (and why not given Merc put so much time and effort into designing the W124).
