Great to stumble acrpss this very well preserved original example of the VR-4 - the Evo 1 essentially.. This nice example was asking $20,000 (NZD) - a New Zealand based car (many of these seemed to have sold there. The seller had very few comments at the time the car was offered. This example was added to the Studebaker forum register in 2016 - we believe it's located in Australia, since the poster's location was there.. They noted they haven't got the Purchase Order for this car yet but it appears to be 289, column auto., maybe was moonlight silver & red trim originally. If anyone has the original PO for this cark or further history - please get in touch!

Picked up fro the Studebaker forum, no sure if this one is still with the same owner (located Indiana) - a great pic of a couple of hardtops.
