This mostly restored 65 Daytona was advertised on Facebook Marketplace in late 2025. Looks to have had the Commander trim applied, and a fresh coat of paint, and still has not had its vinyl roof reinstalled (or C-pill;ar trims, as applied to the Daytona. A great opportunity for someone to take over a nice project, with the hard work done by the look of it. Looks like a bargain at just $6.500 USD.

Spotted on facebook marketplace in July 2025 - this was advertised as a 63 model, but it appears to be a 1965 Daytona 2 door Sports Sedan, finished in Sienna Red (which has faded in the images to a sort of pinkish colour). Asking $10k at the time of listing.

This is the third or fourth red 65 Daytona Sport Sedan on our register - doing a comparison it does appear to be a different car to the others: Great to get another on here. This example was up for auction with Remlinger Auctions in Minnesota US. Looks in very good condition, supposedly a display car at a museum for some time.. Hopefully finds a good home.

This 1965 Daytona was lost around December 2021, after a terrible fire destroyed it. Sad to see a rare car like this go, but at least she's sitting on the register here so won't be forgotten,

We've got a few of these on the register already, but don't think we've seen this one before. A nice combo in Bordeaux Red with Black vinyl top.. Looks fairly original, and doesn't need much work to be back on the road. This example was advertised at Classic Auto Mall in PA USA, and at the time of advertising (mid October 2024, was asking $13,000 USD).

This turquoise 65 Daytona Sports Sedan surprised me and turned up for sale in Newcastle, Australia, about 2 hours North of Sydney. This example, with only one photograph on the ad, was spotted on craigslist.com asking $1,500 in December 2023. The seller indicated in the description (copied below) that the car was quite solid - but it's certainly questionable given the way it presents. Nice example of a what I think is a Bordeaux Red 65 Daytona, seemingly restored at some point to a nice condition. This one was posted on Facebook in 2023, spotted in PA, USA. This 65 Daytona Sport Sedan looks very original, but seems to have been kept in some damp conditions (mould on the seats). Great to see this at such a bargain price. This particular car will be the 27th 65 model Daytona Sport Sedan on Classic Register - with hopefully a few more to come.
