1962 Studebaker Lark Commander

Great to see one of these restored - this is a 1962 Studebaker Lark - a genuine Australian police car from the early 1960s. These were excellent highway patrol cars that were used in Victoria.. This one was asking $42,000 in August 2024 (a lot less than what you'd see some other highway patrol cars asking of the same era!).. . The seller noted that the car ad a 289 engine,3 speed. Bigger brakes, clutch, diff etc Have all original order documents. Thought to be last known example of police Lark in Australia. Fitted with all the sirens, lights, radios etc.
