1954 Nash Healey Le Mans Coupe

This 1954 Nash Healey Lemans Coupe is reportedly one of only 2 in Australia according to the owner. Indeed, I;ve never seen another, and with only a few hundred built for the US market that statistic is not surprising.

These are considered Americasfirst sports car, with Donald Healey Motor Company chassis, Pinin Farina hand made body and a reliable straight 6 Nash Driveline. The Body is steel with an alloy boot and bonnet. The seller noted that Many new parts are supplied with the car including all new glass, re-chromed trims, new badgework, restored steering wheel and horn ring plus many other parts. Reconditioned 4.1 litre Nash Engine with dual Carter side draft carbs and accessories.

The seller confirmed the car requires full restoration, and some alloy and brass trims will need to be made. The car has a rear bumper and bonnet, not shown in the photos.  More images and information at this link -http://www.acmefluid.com.au/nash/chassis3143.html
