This 1275 LS project needs some TLC, but most of the bits are there including the disc brakes. For the necessary body repairs, a spare shell is included in the sale.

Unfortunately, the seller notes that the car is fitted with an 1100cc engine rather than its original 1275 unit. However, the car does run and drive in its current state, with the brakes needing a tune up. The correctly numbered 1275 engines do occasionally come up so its possible to convert this one back to a matching numbers car with a bit of patience. According to the 1275 LS register, the majority of cars built in August came in Nugget Gold, with the Hi-Ho Silver being more prevalant in the later months, up to October 1978.

Interior trim is provided with the car, however, it is not the original trim (which is quite difficult to source). The car is located on the Melbourne side of Ballart and is being sold on behalf of a friend. Please contact James for further information by clicking the contact seller button above.
