This Viper RT/10 is one of only a small handful imported to Australia, is a superb example of a true modern classic muscle car, and an American icon. This example has had just two owners from new, and it's difficult to find examples with such exceptionally low mileage like this.
The Viper is of course powered by the legendary Aluminium block V10, mated with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car was imported and complied back in 2007 by ViperPerformance in Melbourne, which has plenty of successful specialist experience in converting these cars to make them look factory RHD, and of course in accordance with the RAWS scheme. The seller notes that this car's approval number under the RAWS scheme is 10233.
Finished in Viper Race Yellow with optional GTS white striping, the car has a removeable hardtop and a big list of extras. Mechanically, the car has been fitted with Belanger custom headers, a 3" Corsa exhaust system, K & N High flow air intake, GTS-R high tension leads and custom boot sleeves, skip shift eliminator, 3.55:1 centre diff ratio, Eibacg lowered spring kit, slotted disc brakes and ceramic pads. Inside, there have been a number of upgraded and custom trimmings, plus Viper floor and trunk mats. Also included in the sale i the licence plate "AVIPER", and importantly the vehicle's original hand books, and OEM leather pouch.
Overall, this Aussie viper presents in brilliant condition, and has never been involved in an accident. The car benefits from a 3M invisible paint protection film applied, and the leather interior has been perfectly preserved. There are no known mechanical or electrical faults, and all of the switch gear works as it should.
The vehicle’s last registration inspection was conducted on 30 November 2020, with no warnings or advisories being issued. The car comes with a full service history from its 14 years in Australia (using premium products such as Royal Purple oils and fluids). The car also has near new tyres, serpentine belt and recently had its battery replaced. The car has been exceptionally well cared for and has even been garaged inside a Carcoon Carbon Filtered Storage Tent by the seller.
