Spotted online in 2025 asking $15,000, located WA. These are veru rare now, and a great shaped coupe. We've been adding a few to the register over the years as they come up in Australia. The seller noted It’s far from perfect, front end was never straight, subframe and castor bushes need doing, 4m leaks oil (doesn’t seem to burn it though) and 5th gear is noisy, but there’s no major rust and it...

A competitor to the Datsun 180B (and seemingly more rare), this Australian delivered MKII looks in great condition, spotted on facebook marketplace in April 2022, asking $32,000. That's the most expensive one we've ever seen. Images are not great, bit show the car to be complete and in good order. This has to be one of the best coupe shapes of the early to mid-1970s - when some great stuff came...

This is a 1968 Toyota Corona RT41 Sedan with a 1.6l engine and a 4 speed gearbox. I'm 17, and this is the first car that I have ever owned. I don't really know what I'm going to do with it yet, but I'll either do a resto-mod or build a classic rally car. I bought this car for R3,500.00 ($239.43 USD). The engine can start, but I've had to install a push button for the starter and a switch for the...

Only have a couple of these Coronas on the register - the MKIIs were quite a popular coupe in Australia, but we sadly never receoved this particulat model in Australia (other than in sedan and wagon form). Great to see rusvivors like this in Japan, available for export. Finished in dark green, the car looks very original, and I presume it's a base model 1976 Corona coupe (having 1800 GT badging)...

Another Austrailan survivor! This one up on the north coast of NSW. Plenty of rust, and in need of a full resto, it is always worth saving these very rare hardtop Coronas. This one was advertised online in June 2021, askinf $15,000. Too high for its condition we think. Hoping it gets into enthusiast hands, and swaps the paddock for a garage. There are quite a few of the MX22 Corona hardtops on...

This super-rare Cowrona coupe is a Japanese import to NZ, which has very low Ks for its age, and the once strange design is looking cooler by the day. We never got this model in Australia, and as far as I'm awrae there are none in Australia, but NZ has managed to bring in a few cars under their looser import regulations over the years. This paricularct example of the T140 coupe was advertised on...

My first classic Toyota. A 1974 Corona Mark II MX23 all original and still has the factory paint and undercoating. This vehicle has all four options Automatic, A/C, power steering, 8 track and a US import built vehicle. I am going to keep this one all stock just like the day it came off the line, no modifications to this one. I will update the pictures when I complete the work.

Spotted on FB Marketplace, this is an exceptional project where someoe has fitted a V12 5.0L Toyota Century motor to the Corona hardtop. It has the factory 4 speed Auto Motor and gearbox mounted, and custo headers made, a narrowed Hilux Diff, bustom built LSD, Centre Power steering and Air Conditioning, modified intake manifolds and much more. There is supposedly a fair bit to finish according to...

Been a little while since we've added a MK2 Corona to the register. This one popped up on trademe NZ for sale in Feb 2021, asking $45,000.Looks quite original and is in excellent condition. The seller at the time noted that it has just 36,000 certified km on the clock, and is a Japanese import to NZ with the RX21 engine (1.8l), with 4-sped manual gearobox.

Very cool hardtop Corona advertised on trademe NZ, Not exactly sure of the series, so I have guessed the title, bu it's a 1973 model, with a heap of work done, and at the time it was advertised on Trademe NZ, was asking $30,000 NZD. Not many of these around any more.
