Well looked after BRG JCW R53 Cooper S, spotted for sale on FB in UK, mid 2025. This is an early example still with its original certificate. Low Miles (relatively), and not too many of the JCWs come up.

This one sold within seconds - asking just $6,000 on FB marketplace, it appears to be a genuine early JCW car Not many details, travelled fairly OK Ks for its age and looks fairly original overall. Nice pickup for someone! Great fun car and quick too with 200hp under the hood of a tiny brick.

Spotted this on a FB page - it wasn't for sale but an enthusiast had recently picked it up and done a bit of a tidy up. Looks like a nice example of the genuine early JCW car. I am guessing it's 04, but might be an 03 model. Just another JCW to add to the list, there are quite a few still out there on the roads which is nice to see!

Spotted for sale in January 2025, this rare John Cooper Works upgraded car is one of the early R53 upgraded cars - with the 200hp engine and various other JCW accessories. Looks in good order, and fairly low Ks. Nice to see these JCWs come up now and then! A few of the Australian examples are now on the register.

I just bought this 2004 R53 Cooper S - John Cooper Works (JCW) special! The JCW cars had a revised head, re-mapped ECU, higher performance spark plugs, and a few other unique features, which made the first series cars good for 200hp. The size makes it plenty of fun to drive, and the supercharger gives it that authentic wyning noise from the gearbox. Lots of fun, and not a lot of fork to do with...
