Purchased off Bring a Trailer in May 2024. Dragged it home to Oregon 2000 miles with a TDI Beetle and a tow dolly. Been enjoying the car ever since. I replaced the right CV joint/boot and installed new front brakes. New shifter knob, vacuum lines, and tires. Wonderful little car. AC works great as of this writing. This project 64 Daytona hardtop was advertised on FB marketplace, asking $4k USD, located in Greer, South Carolina in June 2024. Rare AE82 Carolla hatch.. These used to be quite cheap, but with the twin cam engine they have a big following now.. Good clean example asking $15,000 in June 2024 on FB marketplace. Don't see them come up much.
